The Conseil Général local government body for the Hauts-de-Seine département has decided to buy off-plan (VEFA) the office building part of the ARENA 92 Nanterre La Défense project.
The 8-floor building has 31,000 sq. metres of office space and an approximate capacity of 1,800 work stations. This purchase will enable the département to optimise the operational efficiency of its departments, improve its staff’s working conditions and make significant savings in its operational costs.
